Acceptance of Terms
By using Inventory.AI, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't accept, don't use the app.
Account and Registration
You must create an account with valid email and password. You are responsible for your account security and all activities performed. Don't share your credentials. Multi-device access is allowed only for single accounts.
License of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Inventory.AI for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app.
Usage Limits
Each box can contain maximum 300 items. Images are automatically compressed. AI analysis requires credits (10 free at start, then purchasable). We reserve the right to limit use in case of abuse.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (AI Credits, Remove Ads, Cloud Sync) are managed by Apple through StoreKit. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. AI credits are consumable; Remove Ads and Cloud Sync are permanent.
AI Analysis
AI analysis is an optional service that uses artificial intelligence to recognize objects in photos. Results may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee absolute precision. Images are processed through Cloud Functions and are not permanently stored by the AI service.
Prohibited Uses
It is forbidden to: use the app for illegal purposes, upload offensive or illegal content, attempt to hack or damage services, violate third party rights, use bots or automated scripts.
Limitation of Liability
Inventory.AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, service interruptions. Use regular backups of your important data.
Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the app. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the new terms.
