Introduction
Inventory.AI is an app to manage your item inventory in boxes. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Data Collected
We collect: name, surname, email address (for account), photos of items and boxes, text descriptions, app preferences (theme, language). All data is exclusively associated with your account.
Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively to provide app services: inventory management, optional AI analysis, cloud sync (if enabled). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Image Storage
Item photos are stored on your device in local mode. If you enable cloud sync, images are uploaded to Firebase Storage with encryption. Only you can access your images, which remain completely private.
Cloud Synchronization
Cloud sync (optional purchase) uses Google Firebase to store your data. Data is protected and accessible only from your Firebase Authentication account. You can delete all cloud data at any time by deleting your account.
Third-Party Services
We use: Firebase (Google) for authentication and storage; Google AdMob for advertising (disableable with purchase); Cloud Functions for AI image analysis. These services may collect technical data according to their privacy policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, modify it, delete it completely (by deleting account), export your data. To exercise these rights, use the app functions or contact us through the contact form.
Data Security
We use Firebase Authentication to protect your account, encryption for connections, isolated storage for each user. Images are compressed and stored securely. However, no system is completely secure.
